Ingredients :
Arbi - 300 gms
Yogurt - 200 gms
Green chillies - 3 to 4
Ginger - garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Red chilly powder - 1 teaspoon
Haldi - 1/2 teaspoon
Elaichi - 1
Jaiphal - pinch
Laung - 3
Black pepper - 3 to 4
Jeera - 1/2 teaspoon
Zavitri - pinch

Method :
Boil arbi. Mix all the ingridients(except elaichi and jeera) in yogurt and make a paste.Marinate arbi into this paste for at least 1 hour. Heat oil, add elaichi, jeera and the marinated arbi with the paste. Let it cook for some time on low heat and stir ocassionally. When oil starts to seperate garnish with dhaniya and serve with rotis or paranthas.
