Ingredients :
Baguette French Bread - 1
Cherry tomatoes - 1 box
Olive oil - 2 tablespoon
Basil - 6 to 8 leaves
Black Pepper - 1 teaspoon
Salt - as per taste
Method :
Slice the French bread diagonally into half inch thick slices.
Brush olive oil on each slice and toast them in oven for 10 minutes at 240 degrees C or till they turn brown.
In a bowl, take the tomatoes add salt, olive oil, basil leaves and black pepper and toss.
Check if the bread is toasted. If they have got good colour on one side, turn over and toast them till they get the desired colour.
Now take the bread pieces out from the oven and put the tomatoes basil mixture over it.
Serve hot.

Check if the bread is toasted. If they have got good colour on one side, turn over and toast them till they get the desired colour.
