Cocktail Idli Kebab

Ingredients :

Idli (mashed) - 8 nos.
potatoes (mashed) - 2 nos.
carrot (chopped or grated) - 1 
beetroot (chopped or grated) - 1(small size) gives good colour to the kebab
french beans (chopped) - 150 gms
green peas (coarsely ground) - 100 gms
ginger green chilly paste - 1 teaspoon
red chilly powder - 1 tablespoon
cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon
haldi -1/2 teaspoon
oil - 1 teaspoon + for frying
salt - as per taste
dhaniya - few sprigs

Method :

Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl with 1 teaspoon of oil. Make balls out of it and give them a shape of a kebab. You can either shallow fry or deep fry them. Serve in cocktail glass as shown in the picture.
