Fresh Green Peas - 1 cup
Shallots - few
Cornflour - 2 teaspoon
Butter - 1 teaspoon
Salt and pepper - to taste
Method:
Put 2 cups of water to boil. Crush the peas in a blender. Heat the butter and saute the onion. Add the peas, 2 cups of hot water, salt and pepper and simmer till the peas are tender.Add the cornflour mixed in 2 tablespoon of water and stir well.Serve hot.
