Ingredients :
Basmati Rice - 1 cup
Onion - 1 sliced
Ginger , garlic and green chilly paste - 1 teaspoon
Tomato puree - 3 tablespoon
Paneer - 1 cup cubes
Curds - 3 tablespoon
Garam masala powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar - a pinch
Butter - 1 teaspoon
Oil - 1 teaspoon
Salt - as per taste
Coriander leaves - few sprigs
Method:
Wash the rice thoroughly and keep aside. Keep 2 cups of boiling water ready. heat the butter and oil in a pressure cooker, add onion, ginger, garlic and green chilly paste and stir for few seconds. Then add the tomato puree and paneer cubes and cook for some time. Finally add the rice, curds, garam masala powder, coriander leaves, sugar, 2 cups of hot water and salt and pressure cook for 1 whistle. Allow the steam to escape before opening. Serve hot.
