Peach and coconut kulfi



Ingredients :



Milk - 1 litre

Condensed Milk - 1 cup

Coconut Milk - 1 cup

Peaches - 1 tin 

Almonds - 10 to 12 

Pistachio - 10 to 12

Walnuts - 10 to 12

Cardamom powder - 1 teaspoon

Saffron - few




Method :


Boil the milk, add condensed milk, coconut milk and let it reduce.


















Chop the peaches finely and add to the boiling milk.







when it is almost half add saffron, all types of nuts and cardamom powder.








 Let it boil till you get the right consistency for kulfi.








Once it is ready pour them into popsicles to get the shape of kulfis and freeze them atleast for 4 hours.


 serve them chiled.
