Ingredients :
Butter -1 teaspoon
Walnut powder - 3 teaspoon
Coconut Milk - 120 ml
For Peaches
Butter - 2 teaspoon
sugar - 1 tablespoon
Peaches - 1 large can (drained well)
or you can use fresh
Garnish
Walnuts - 3 teaspoon
Mint - a few sprigs
Method :
For the sauce, heat butter in a frying pan over low flame. When the butter melts add walnut powder and cook, stirring continuously till the walnuts smell slightly roasted. Stir in coconut milk gradually and cook, stirring continuously till the sauce simmers.Remove from fire and keep aside.
For the peaches, heat butter in a pan over medium flame. Add sugar and cook till sugar is caramelised to rich golden brown colour. Add peaches and toss. Roast in the pan for a minute.
To serve, spoon peaches on a dessert plate, sprinkle walnut sauce and garnish with walnut and mint.
