Ingredients :
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Nylon sev - 1/2 cup
Onion - 1 chopped
Green chillies - 2 chopped
Dhaniya - a few sprigs chopped
Red chilly powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt - as per taste
Oil - 1 teaspoon
Butter - 2 tablespoon
Method :
In a bowl mix flour with oil and salt and add required water to make a dough. Keep it covered for at least 15 minutes. In another bowl take onion, red chilly powder, dhaniya, salt, green chillies and sev. Mix well. Once you have prepared this stuffing you should immediately start making paranthas. Take the dough and make small balls out of it. Roll out in to thick paranthas and add the sev stuffing in the center and seal the edges well. Apply dry flour and roll out in to paranthas. Heat a tava and place the paranthas and cook from both sides by applying butter. Cook till brown spots appear on it. Serve hot.
