Spinach and baby corn soup

Ingredients :

Spinach - 1 cup chopped


Baby corn - 1/2 cup Sliced

Onions - 2 chopped

Cornflour - 2 tablespoon

Milk - 1 cup

Butter - 1 teaspoon

Salt - as per taste




Method :

Heat butter in a saucepan and saute onions till transluscent. Add spinach and babycorn and saute for some more time.Add salt, hot water and simmer it for a few minutes. Mix the cornflour in cold milk and add to the soup gradually. Churn the soup in a hand blender for 1/2 a minute. Serve hot.
