Zero Oil Onion Chutney

Ingredients :

Onions - 2 large roughly chopped

Curry leaves - 10-15

Red chilly powder - 2 teaspoon

Tamarind - 1 rounded teaspoon

Salt - as per taste


Method :

Heat a pan and add onion and curry leaves. Stir for 7-8 minutes on low heat till onions turn soft. Remove from fire. Let it cool. Grind in a mixer with tamarind, chilly powder and salt, using about 1/4 cup water to grind to a paste. This chutney can be had with bread, rotis, dosa and idli.
