Ingredients :
Vanilla sponge cake - 3 pieces cut into roundels
Whipping cream - 1 cup
Philadelphia Cheese - 2 tablespoons
Coffee decoction - 1 cup
Method :
In a big bowl, whisk the whipping cream with Philadelphia cheese, sugar and little coffee decoction. Reserve some coffee decoction for later use. Whisk till it becomes soft. Now dip the cake pieces in the coffee decoction and arrange them in the serving dish. I have taken a glass here to serve. Now add the whipping cream mixture and repeat the process with the remaining cake pieces. Once you add the whipping cream above the last piece of the cake sprinkle some cocoa powder and add some chocolate shavings. You can use any chocolate - dark/Milk/ white. Let it chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour. Serve chilled.

* Variation - Chocolate sponge cake can also be used instead of vanilla.
