Ingredients :
Cucumber - 2 diced
Fresh red chillies - 4 sliced
Roasted and salted peanuts (optional) - for garnish
Spring onion - for garnish
White vinegar - 1 cup
Water - 1 cup
Sugar - 2 tablespoon
Salt - to taste
Method :
In a bowl add the cucumbers, papaya and the red chillies and keep them aside, In a sauce pan pour the vinegar, water and add sugar and salt and let it boil for few minutes. Once it is done pour this into the salad bowl and let it cool down. While serving just take the veggies in a bowl and add chopped spring onion and the peanuts for some crunch.
