Akki roti



Ingredients :


Rice flour - 1 cup

Onion - 1 finely chopped

Green chillies - 2 finely chopped

Ginger - 1 teaspoon grated

Roasted and salte peanuts - 2 tablespoon (crushed coarsely)

Cilantro (dhaniya) - 2 tablespoon finely chopped

Cumin seeds (jeera) - 1 teaspoon

White sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon

Salt - to taste

Oil


Method :

Take a bowl, add all the ingredients one by one except oil and knead well into a dough adding water. Heat a tava and season it with little oil.Take a big portion of the dough and spread it with your palm to give a round shape. Pour little oil over the roti and let it cook. Once the bottom part is cooked and is golden brown in colour turn it over and cook for some time on medium flame. Serve hot with chutney.
