Ingredients :
Chappathis - 4 (you can also use leftover chapathis)
Onion - 2 sliced
Tomato - 2 sliced
Green capsicum - 1 sliced
Green chillies - 2
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tablespoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Kitchen King Masala - 1 tablespoon
Salt - to taste
Oil
Cilantro (dhaniya) - for garnish
Method :
Cut the chappathis in to medium sized pieces and shallow fry in oil till they become crisp and golden brown. Keep them aside. In the same pan saute onions till they are golden in colour. Add the chillies, tomatoes and saute them for a couple of minutes. Add capsicum and all the dry powders and stir well. Keep the flame low nd cook it for a mnute. Switch off the flame and garnish it with cilantro.Serve hot with raita.
Notes :
I have substituted parathas with chappathis for a healthier version.
