Ingredients :
Mangoes - 2
Hung curd - 1 cup
Oats - 1 cup
Honey - 1 cup
Walnuts - few
Almonds - few
Vanilla essence - few drops
Pistachios - for garnish
Method :
Firstly, chop mangoes and keep it aside. Dry roast oats in a pan for 2 minutes on low flame. When its done mix it with honey and stir well. In the same pan, roast the nuts in a pan and keep them aside too. Crush them coarsely in a blender. In a bowl take hung curd and mix in half the quantity of honey and vanilla essence. Now its time to assemble. Take a glass, put in some mango pieces, oats, hung curd and nuts. Repeat the layers in the same order and at the top garnish with pistachios. Keep it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Serve chilled.
