Ingredients :
1 Onion
1 Tomato
1 Carrot
1 Capsicum
4 - 5 Baby corn
8 - 10 French beans
1 Tablespoon Red chilly powder
1 Teaspoon Coriander powder (dhaniya powder)
1 Teaspoon Cumin powder (jeera powder)
1 1/2 Tablespoon Kasoori methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
1/2 Teaspoon Cumin seeds (jeera)
1 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic paste
2 Tablespoon Mozzarella cheese or any other cheese
Salt to taste
1 Tablespoon Oil
Cilantro (dhaniya ) for garnish
Method :
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, onion and ginger garlic paste. Fry them till the onions are translucent. Add all the vegetables and all the dried powders. Mix well, add little water and cook until the veggies are soft. Now add the cheese and stir well. Finally add kasoori methi and give it a stir. Garnish with dhaniya and serve hot.
