Ingredients :
Cucumber - 1
Lettuce - few
Tomato - 1
Kiwi - 1
Grapes (green,black and red) - few
For the dressing :
Olive oil - 2 tablespoon
Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
Mustard sauce - 1 tablespoon
Honey - 1 tablespoon
Salt and black pepper- to taste
Method :
Prepare the dressing in a squeezy bottle and keep aside. In a mason jar, place the lettuce leaves in the bottom and sprinkle some dressing. Then add the cucumbers and the dressing. Similarly add all the other veggies and fruits one by one and sprinkle the dressing as and when you add the veggies and fruits. You can add any vegetable or fruit of your choice. Keep it in the fridge for 10 minutes and serve.
I like some crunch in my salads so i have added some croutons.
