Blueberry Yogurt





Ingredients :

Hung curd - 1 cup


Blueberries - 1 small box

Honey  - 2 tablespoon

Mint leaves for garnish


Method :

Place the yogurt in a muslin cloth , squeeze out the excess water and keep it in the refrigerator. Blend blueberries with honey into a smooth paste. To serve, pour the blueberry  sauce into the cup and put a spoonful of yogurt on top of the sauce. Garnish with mint leaves. Serve chilled.



Variations :

* Any type of berries can be used

* Honey can be added to the yogurt as well
