Mango Pana cotta



Ingredients :

Milk - 2 cups
Cream - 1 cup
Mango puree - 1 cup + 1/2 cup for mango sauce 
Agar agar - 1 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar - 4 tablespoon
Vanilla essence - 1/2 teaspoon
Caramelised nuts - for garnish



Method :

Soak Agar agar in water for at least 15 minutes. Heat milk and cream in a saucepan and let it simmer. In another saucepan take water and agar agar and let it boil until agar agar dissolves completely. Now add this to the cream and milk. Also add sugar, vanilla essence and the mango puree and stir well. Sieve it and pour it in  glasses. Keep it in the fridge for chilling. Now prepare the mango sauce. Heat mango puree with sugar and let it boil. Once the pana cotta has set pour the mango sauce on top of  the pana cotta and keep it back in the fridge. Just before serving garnish with caramelised nuts.
