Ingredients:
1 cup Condensed milk
1/2 tablespoon Ghee
3/4 cup Milk powder
1/2 teaspoon Cardamom Powder
2-3 strands of Saffron
2 tablespoon Mixed nuts
Method :
In a glass bowl add condensed milk, ghee, milk powder and microwave it for a minute. Add to it the cardamom powder, saffron, nuts and microwave it further for 2 minutes checking in between every 30 seconds. After 2 minutes the mixture will thicken up and start to leave the sides of the bowl. Once the mixture is cooled down shape them into pedas and garnish with nuts.
