Vermicelli Tikki











Ingredients :

Vermicelli - 1 cup

Maida (all purpose flour) - 2 tablespoon

Green chillies - 2

Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon

Onion - 1 finely chopped

Coconut (grated) - 1 tablespoon

Dhaniya (cilantro) - few sprigs chopped

Salt - to taste


Method :

In a bowl, take boiled vermicelli and add all the above ingredients. Make a dough out of it and give the shape of a tikki. Deep fry in hot oil or shallow fry on a tava. Serve hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
