Ingredients :
Bran biscuits - 12 nos.
Butter - 150 gms
Cocoa Powder - 4 Tablespoon
Powdered Sugar - 6 - 7 Tablespoon
Nuts - Assorted.
Method :
Crush the biscuits and transfer them in a bowl. Add in the powdered sugar, cocoa powder, softened butter, nuts and mix them well. It will look like a normal chocolate batter. Place the baking paper on the cake tin and transfer the cake mixture and press it gently and refrigerate this for 10 to 15 minutes to set. De mould the cake once it is set and serve it with ice cream of your choice.
Notes:
* you can use any biscuits like Marie, Oreo, Parle G or even crackers but I personally liked the texture of bran biscuits.
* The butter should be really soft and I have used unsalted butter.
