Stir fry vegetables














Ingredients:

Broccoli  - 1 cup

Carrot - 1 slit lengthwise

Capsicum - 1 diced

Mushroom - 1 cup sliced

French Beans - few cut lengthwise

Spring onion - 1 

Garlic - 2 cloves

Roasted Peanuts - 1/2 cup

Soy sauce - 2 Tablespoon

Vinegar - 1 Teaspoon

Black pepper powder - 1 Teaspoon

Honey - 1 Teaspoon

Salt - To taste

Sesame oil - 1 Tablespoon


Method:

Heat oil in a wok, add chopped garlic and the white of spring onion and saute. Add the mushrooms and all other vegetables and cook till they are just cooked and still firm. Add salt, soy sauce, honey, vinegar and black pepper powder, roasted peanuts, sesame seeds and mix well. Serve hot.
