Chilli Cheese sandwich

Ingredients :


6 slices brown Bread

1 medium size onion

1 big green capsicum, finely chopped

1/2 cup cheese

1/2 teaspoon crushed black pepper powder

Salt

2 tablespoons of butter


For the chutney:


Half bunch of coriander leaves

3 green chillies

Juice of half lemon

1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds

1 inch stick ginger

2 cloves of garlic

1/2 teaspoon black salt

Salt to taste




Method :

In a bowl, combine the chopped capsicum , onion, salt, cheese and pepper powder. Mix well and keep it aside. In a blender, put the coriander leaves, green chillies, ginger, garlic, black salt, cumin seeds or 1/2  teaspoon cumin powder, lemon juice, salt and very little water. Blend into a fine paste. You should be able to spread it on the bread slices so don't add too much water.
Spread green chutney over a bread slice and top it with the prepared stuffing. Cover with another bread slice on which chutney is spread. Grill or toast the sandwich by applying butter on both sides till the cheese melts and the bread turns crisp. Serve hot.
