Urad dal laddoos

Ingredients :


1 cup Urad dal, without skin

1 cup Powdered Jaggery

4 Marie Biscuits

A pinch of salt

1/2 cup ghee, melted 



Method :

Wash urad dal in water and drain it off in a colander. Spread the dal on a dry cloth to remove excess moisture. Once ready dry roast the dal in a hot pan on a low flame till golden brown in color. Cool it completely and powder them coarsely or fine as per your taste in a blender. Transfer this in to a bowl and add powdered jaggery, crushed biscuits and salt. Mix well. Heat ghee and pour little by little to the ground flour and shape them into laddoos.
