Ingredients :
3 Alphonso mangoes
1/2 cup condensed milk
1/2 cup double cream
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp cardamom powder
Method :
Peel the mangoes, remove the pulp and put in the blender. Add cream, milk. condensed milk and cardamom powder and blend until smooth.
Pour the kulfi mix in the moulds, tap down a little to remove air bubbles. Cover it with aluminium foil and make a slit in the center. Insert the popsicle stick and freeze them for minimum 8 hours.
To un mould the kulfis, dip the moulds in water for 3 seconds (do not put the whole mould, just the tip of the mould needs to be dipped) and gently twist the popsicle stick and pull it out. Serve immediately.
