Dry Ingredients :
5 tbsp All purpose flour
4 tbsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Baking powder
A pinch of salt
1/4 tsp fresh chopped mint
Wet Ingredients :
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Water
4 tbsp Milk
Method :
Squeeze out fresh lemon juice and chop the mint leaves.
In a mug or a bowl, add all the dry ingredients and combine them. Add lemon juice , water and mix it well. Finally add the milk and give it a good stir until the mix is smooth Add the milk at the end only after all the ingredients are added and combined well otherwise the milk will curdle. Microwave on high for 2 minutes or until firm.
