Ingredients :
Milk 1/3 cup
Milk powder 1 cup
Almonds 1/2 cup
Powdered sugar 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoon
Cardamom powder
Pistachios
Ghee 1 tablespoon
Rose petals for garnish
Method :
Soak almonds overnight and in the morning, remove the skin. Transfer it in to a grinding jar along with very little milk and grind it to a fine paste. Heat ghee in a pan, add milk, milk powder and the almond paste. Mix well and add the powdered sugar. Stir continuously till the mixture thickens. Now add the cardamom powder and mix well. Let it cool. Grease your hand with ghee and shape them like peda. Garnish with pistachios and rose petals.
