Truffles are the simplest and easiest to make. Cream, Chocolate and time is all it takes to make a decadent, delicious chocolate truffle. Yeah, we all know how to make them. But this truffle is a variation to the classic chocolate truffle.
We all make coconut laddoos for special occasions and festivities. How do you convert laddoos into truffles? By adding mango puree to the desiccated coconut and then dipping them in melted white chocolate.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup Desiccated coconut
1/3 cup Mango puree
1/4 cup Condensed milk
150 gm white chocolate
For garnish:
Pistachios
Rose Petals
mango cubes
Method :
In a bowl add the roasted desiccated coconut, condensed milk and the mango puree. Give it a good mix and shape them into rough balls. Coat them in melted white chocolate and chill it in the fridge for an hour or more. Garnish it with pistachios and rose petals. You can also add nuts and pistachios to the melted chocolate and then put it for chilling in the fridge.
