Beetroot Panna

Beetroot commonly known as beets are a vibrant and versatile type of vegetable. They're known for their earthy flavor and aroma. I love how they bring a pop of color to the plate and not to forget they are packed with essential vitamins, minerals and plant compounds which  have medicinal properties.

To be honest, as a child I wasn't a great fan of this vegetable in fact I used to hate it. But as I grew up and understood the health benefits of this vegetable I started including it in my shopping list and started incorporating it in many dishes like Paav bhaji, Cutlets, Salads and now even a drink !

I just love Aam panna and if you love it too then I'm sure you are going to love this recipe. But to have Aam panna we need to wait for the mango season. You don't have to wait for any season to have this beetroot panna. We often make the same dishes out of the vegetables that we buy from the market and over a period of time we get bored with those dishes. So, next time when you buy beetroot try making this delicious recipe and let me know how you liked it. You can also serve this as a welcome drink to your guests  instead of serving store bought drinks when you have them home.
