Peanut Butter Cookies

 




For people who don't like to spend too much time in the kitchen this recipe is a boon. With just 4 ingredients. this classic old fashioned cookie is very easy to make. They have a rich creamy peanut butter taste and a chewy texture that's crisp on the outside. Make sure you use the creamy peanut butter and not the crunchy type. Just 10 minutes prep and 8 minutes in the oven and you have a wonderful batch of yummy goodness for the whole family to enjoy!



Prep time: 10 minutes


Cooking time: 6 - 8 minutes


Yield :9 - 10 nos.



Ingredients :


1 cup Peanut butter (no sugar added)

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1 egg

1 tsp Vanilla essence



Method :

1. Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat it using an electric mixer or spoon until smooth and creamy.

3. Roll mixture into small balls and arrange them in the baking sheet. Flatten them a little using your palm.

4. Bake in the preheated oven for 6 to 8 minutes. Cool cookies on the baking dish for 2 minutes and then transfer them to a cooling rack.

5. Once cooled completely, store them in an airtight container.
