So what does chia pudding taste like?
Chia seeds have a mild, nutty flavor that compliments both sweet and savory dishes. In raw form, the texture of the chia seeds is crunchy. For Chia pudding, all you need to do is soak the chia seeds overnight but even 20 minutes will go a long way to releasing it's potential. Unsweetened chia pudding has a mild earthy flavor. You can incorporate sweeteners or natural ingredients into the pudding to boost the flavor, from vanilla extract to peanut butter to a sprinkle of cardamom or by adding fruits like Strawberry and Mango.

Serves : 4
Ingredients :
400 ml Coconut milk
30 gm Chia seeds
75 gm Honey
1 pack Strawberry
Nuts of your choice (optional)
Method :
Whisk together coconut milk, chia seeds and honey and keep it in the fridge overnight.
For the Strawberry layer :
Reserve a few strawberries for garnish. Chop the remaining strawberries and stir in the honey if it's not sweet enough.
To assemble:
In a mason jar, layer the chopped strawberries and the chia pudding and garnish with strawberry and nuts.
